Política de reembolso

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will make it right. Contact us and we will get everything squared away. We will ask that you return the merchandise in a condition that we can resell it within 30 days. We can email a label for you to drop it off at your nearest post office or hand off to a postal delivery person. If it is a larger order a UPS label or Fedex Label will be provided to return the merchandise.

If it is a custom order we only offer a refund if it is an error on our end. Say for example that we misspell your company name or address after you have approved the draft artwork. We will replace everything at our cost. But if you have approved the artwork and gave us the green light to go ahead with the order and then you see an error that was on your end then our refund policy is non-existent. We can offer you a discount for a replacement order to try and make it right.
